Service Charges

• Inspection charges (if any) are non-refundable once the technician visits.

• Service/repair charges are refundable only if the issue is not resolved by our team.

Spare Parts & Materials

• Spare parts once installed are not eligible for refund, but carry manufacturer warranty wherever applicable.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

• Bookings cancelled before technician visit are eligible for a full refund.

• Bookings cancelled after technician dispatch may incur inspection charges.
