1. Inspection Charges

  • An inspection charge of ₹99 applies per service visit.

  • The inspection fee is waived if you proceed with the service after inspection.

2. Service Warranty

  • All labour services provided by AcMan Services include a 90-day warranty.

  • The warranty covers only the work carried out by our technicians.

  • Spare parts are not covered under the labour warranty and are subject to manufacturer’s terms.

3. Spare Parts Policy

  • We use only genuine and verified spare parts.

  • Charges for spare parts are as applicable, depending on the appliance and model.

  • Customer-supplied spare parts are not accepted to ensure quality and maintain service warranty.

4. Labour Charges

  • Labour charges are applied based on the type of service.

  • Charges are clearly communicated before the service begins.

  • There are no hidden costs; customers pay only for labour + parts (if used).

5. Same-Day Service

  • AcMan Services strives to provide same-day service, usually within 2 hours of booking.

  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability and customer location in Chennai.

6. Transparent Pricing

  • All prices are shared upfront before starting work.

  • In cases where costs depend on appliance condition (e.g., AC gas filling, fridge gas refilling, HVAC ducting), a quote will be given after inspection.

7. Service Areas

  • We provide doorstep services across Chennai city limits.

  • Appointments outside serviceable areas may incur additional logistics charges (informed before booking).

8. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via phone or website contact form.

  • Payments must be settled upon service completion.

  • We accept cash, UPI, or other available digital payment methods.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure appliance accessibility and electricity/water availability during service.

  • For installation/uninstallation, customers must provide safe entry and necessary building permissions if required.

10. Liability

  • AcMan Services is not liable for pre-existing faults, damage due to mishandling, or manufacturer defects.

  • Service warranty is void if a customer or third party tampers with the appliance after our service.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled subject to technician availability.

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.

12. Updates & Changes

  • AcMan Services reserves the right to update service charges, policies, or terms as needed.

  • Any changes will be reflected on the official communication channels.
